I understand about teenage depression and drug addiction. But treating depression with drugs at such an early age, while the brain is still developing are you starting life long dependency to drugs. It seems to me like a cycle once a person starts to experiment with drugs. Are the any statistics out there regarding when a person can live a healthy drug free life.
I would like to know more about holistic treatments and testing procedure for chemical imbalance

There is a definite link between teenage depression and drug addition. People addicted to drugs and alcohol often spend a valuable part of their lives struggling with an internal conflict between their desire to pursue a holistic health lifestyle and their addictive behaviors before they become willing to get help.
